Best free web design tool?
I know HTML and JavaScript but I'm looking for a free tool which will help me do all the clever graphics and layout stuff to make my site look professional. I know it *can* be done with notepad, paint and HTML, but there must be easier ways.
Any suggestions?
for rich image processing for web try gimp from the site http://www.gimp.com
also if you want to develop websites more interactive and like application try out Visual C# 2008 Express edition from http://msdn2.microsoft.com/downloads
