free tools, help, and tutorials for web design?
i need help making a website i have no clue what to do and if you can give me a link to a good website builder and hosting that would be great

And then just look around the site for more specialized tutorials. They’re mostly beginner level, so you don’t need to have any previous coding knowledge.

Dreamweaver, And CoffeeCup Are Good HTML editors, I Think CoffeeCup Does PHP Also, IDK, But There Both Good Programs

Check out w3schools.net, they got tutorials on everything from html to css to php…
Best tool is this awesome website at google.com… you can type in something like "howto make a website" and get plenty of results….
