I just checked out …
I just checked out HIT Web’s website to find out more about the Stay-in-touch tool and I wish I woudl have gotten this before my site went up. I had this guy do my site and I regret it (it was for free). I am thinking of switching over to HIT Web. They seem like they have a lot to offer.

I hate going to …
I hate going to websites where there is no information on the company itself! How am I supposed to contact them for more information if they dont put it on the site. I understand they have a contact form for us to leave our info, but I want theres. I think this is great infomation that all sites should use. Thanks HIT Web.

This Chelsea girl …
This Chelsea girl is everywhere. Like I posted on their other video. These are great. Again, more information that is is vital for website owners if they want their site to succeed. Simple things like more contact information as Chelsea mentioned is just great. Its common sense, but a lot of people really dont know. So I think these videos are perfect for those just getting into the whole website industry.

Live Chat can be …
Live Chat can be effective, but it really depends on what your site is about. Something else you could add is a community forum where people can ask questions and post comments about your FAQ. I personally think that your phone number should also be as accessible as possible!

What a great video! I really like Chelsea! She really seems to know what is going on! So question, I already have a blog, is there anything else? I see sites with live chat, but is that really effective?
